OBITUARY for ANNA PEARL FRY

Anna Pearl Fry, 81, of Honey Grove passed away at 3:05 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 26, 2014, at the Geisinger Medical Center, Danville, surrounded by her family.

Born Jan. 22, 1933, in Spruce Hill Township, Juniata County, she was a daughter of the late Daniel and Myrtle (Smith) Brackbill. On June 16, 1951, she married, William L. "Bill" Fry, with whom she shared more than 63 years of marriage, until he preceded her in death on Aug. 12, 2014.

Surviving are: her children, Brenda Perrilli and her husband, George, of Genoa City, Wisconsin, Jeff B. Fry and his wife, Dawn, of East Waterford, Lynn B. Fry, of Wapwallopen, Seth D. Fry and his wife, Tracey, of Cynthiana, Kentucky; siblings, Vera Harpster, of Burnham, Earl Brackbill, of Mechanicsburg, Elmer Brackbill, of Mifflintown, Edna Lauver, of Camp Hill, Mildred Hendricks, of Mifflintown, Doreen Adams, of Port Royal; 11 grandchildren; and also 10 great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Fry was a member of the South Juniata Baptist Church, Honey Grove and a 1950 graduate of Tuscarora Valley High School, Port Royal.

In earlier life she was a school bus driver but mainly she was a homemaker most of her life.

Her hobbies included bowling, bingo and doing crossword puzzles.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 3, 2015, at the South Juniata Baptist Church, Honey Grove with Pastor Caleb Burd and the Rev. Dennis Thompson officiating. Interment will follow in the McCulluch's Mills Cemetery.

Viewing will be held from 6 until 8 p.m. Friday, Jan. 2, 2015, at the church.

For those that wish, memorial contributions may be made in Mrs. Fry's memory to the South Juniata Baptist Church, 3647 Smokey Hollow Road, Honey Grove, PA 17035.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Brown Funeral Homes Inc., 100 Bridge St., Mifflintown, PA.
