Alice Boyer is the daughter of the late Robert and Helen (Swartz) Boyer. She is a graduate of Tuscarora Valley High School, Polyclinic School of Nursing and Penn State University.
She was appointed County Commissioner in 2014 and was selected as chairperson of the commissioners in January 2016.
Alice is married to Greg Gray. In 2014 they were residing in Turbett Township, Juniata County, PA.
