Bonnie Milliken was the daughter of Benjamin H. and Esther (Bender) Milliken. She was a 1962 graduate of Tuscarora Valley High School. In 1965 she married John "Jack" Snodgrass. She has two children, Troy and Kristy. She has lived in Harrisburg since 1963. Her husband "Jack" died on December 27, 2022.
