Fred Kepner was a son of Arthur "Dutch" and Edith (Towsey) Kepner. He was born July 28, 1921 and died February 10, 1998. He was a 139 graduate of Port Royal High School. He married Norene E. McKnight and they had a son Fred W. Kepner, Jr. After Norene's death Fred married Faye Farleman.
Fred Kepner served in the Army during World War II.
