The Penn Central Racing Association was organized by drivers and owners to sponsor racing events at tracks in the central Pennsylvania area.

One of the tracks was located on the Juniata County Fairgrounds at Port Royal. Penn Central continued operating until 1963 when the fairground track was taken over by the Fair Board (Juniata County Agricultural Society).

Even after they ceased operation, the Association would hold an annual reunion.

The final reunion of the former Association members was held June 4, 2011 at the Port Royal Speedway.
