Helen L. Sieber, 63, of Mifflintown RR 1, died at 4:35 p.m. Sunday, August 22, 2004, at Brookline Manor.
Born April 25, 1941, in Port Royal, she was the daughter of Lee and Loubrinton "Toots" (McMullen) Kilmer of Mifflintown RR 1. Her husband, Wayne Ralph Sieber Sr., died on February 26, 1996.
Also surviving are three sons, Wayne R. Sieber, Jr. and wife, Wanda, Mifflintown RR1, Kenneth L. Sieber and wife, Catherine, McAlisterville RR1, and Curtis L. Sieber, Mifflintown RR1; one sister, Brenda Allen and husband, Robert, McAlisterville; four grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
She was a 1959 graduate of Tuscarora Valley High School. She worked in the cafeteria at East Juniata High School. She was a member of Tuscarora Church of the Brethren, Mifflin Chapter No. 260 Order of the Eastern Star, and enjoyed baking and reading.
Her memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m., Saturday at Guss Funeral Home, 20 S. Third St., Mifflintown, with Rev. Charles Sheaffer officiating. There will be no viewing.
The family will provide all funeral flowers and requests that memorial contributions be made to Sun Home Hospice, 2 Hudson Ave., Lewistown, PA 17044, or the American Cancer Society, 26 N. Brown St., Lewistown, PA 17044.
